3. Refund Policy

All sales made through DarkServices are final, except in the case of documented software incompatibility.

Refunds will only be granted if:

• The software is incompatible with your system (e.g., operating system, hardware, or environment).

• You contact our support team before your license expires to troubleshoot the issue.

• Our team is unable to resolve the problem after reasonable support efforts.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Misuse of the software

• Lack of feature understanding

• Issues resolved via support

• User error or failure to follow installation instructions

We reserve the right to determine software incompatibility based on the information you provide during the support process.

4. Chargeback Policy – Zero Tolerance

DarkServices enforces a strict zero tolerance policy on chargebacks.

You must contact DarkServices support before filing a chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or Stripe. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with support is a direct violation of these Terms.

If a chargeback is filed without contacting support:

• We will dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation.

• Your license, product access, and/or account will be permanently revoked.

• You will be blacklisted from making future purchases from DarkServices.

• We reserve the right to take legal action if fraudulent chargebacks are filed.

Zero tolerance means no second chances. If you attempt to bypass our refund policy through a chargeback, your relationship with DarkServices is permanently terminated.
